I was sent this message headline from a friend in Australia yesterday..
(I didn't read the actual message underneath it..too busy..)
But it is a VERY interesting question and one I am happy to answer in the clearest way..

You mean a "restraining order" from an ex-UK citizen who lives in the US but is not a full citizen and unlikely ever will be..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone who pays no taxes to England where she lived for over 30 years..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone with "limited visa" rights in the US which include not being "allowed" to claim unemployment benefit,medical benefit or free legal aid..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone who is also not allowed to start lawsuits under the clear defined terms of the same visa from the U.S government..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone who signed up to those "terms" over five years ago and if she breaks them will be deported back to England in days as an "undesirable"..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone who cannot afford a lawyer who would be able to guide her through the near 2 year "legal process" of attempting such a frivolous time wasting lawsuit..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone with $350,000 to waste on the minimum cost of that same frivolous process..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone who lives 1000's of miles from DryBaby..?
You mean a "restraining order" from someone who would have to get such a thing for every SINGLE one of the world's developed countries individually..?
